What Bill scan reads

• Supplier by GSTIN (the check digit is verified) and the matching ledger.
• Supplier invoice number and date.
• Taxable value, CGST, SGST, IGST and total, with a check that taxable + GST = total.
• Item lines: quantity, rate, discount, HSN, unit and GST rate.
• E-invoice QR on page 1 or 2 of the PDF, or in a photo of the bill.

Matching items

Each line is matched to your stock item: the name you used for this supplier before, the same name, a similar name or the only item with that HSN. Lines are shown green, amber or red, so you only look at the ones that need you. LedgerKing remembers each line text per supplier, so the next bill fills itself.

Safe by design

• Works offline: the bill never leaves your computer.
• It never posts a bill on its own. You check and save.
• A bill already entered (same supplier and number) is flagged, also against GSTR-2B.

How to use it

1. Open Purchase (F9).
2. Drop the supplier's PDF on the form, or choose the file.
3. Check the green / amber lines, choose an item where asked, and save.
