Undo a mistake

• Recycle Bin (30 days): a deleted bill or voucher comes back in one click. Payments, receipts and journals come back at once; a bill with items opens filled in, and stock and GST follow it when you save. The deleted one stays in the audit trail.
• Audit log that cannot be changed: who saved, changed or deleted what, and when.

Your bill, your way

• Rename any column heading: call "QTY" "Nag" or "Pcs", "RATE" "Price", whatever your shop says.
• Add your own column: Size, Colour, Vehicle no., Serial no.: anything you need on the bill.
• Hide, move and resize columns, and press Reset table to get the usual columns back.
• One discount box: type "10" (percent), "₹10" or "10+2"; the bill shows percent, amount or both.

GST without guesswork

• Official HSN list built in, works offline: 21,928 HSN and 681 SAC codes from the GST portal. Type the code or any word.
• GST rate from CBIC's rate notifications: each rate shows its notification, schedule and serial number. When a code has one rate, a new item's GST is filled for you.
• HSN check: lists items with no HSN, a code not in the list, or a GST rate that is not the CBIC rate.
• Signed GST rate updates when rates change.

Mistakes caught while you type

• Party's last rate: the rate you type is compared with this party's last rate (▲ / ▼ %), red when it costs you.
• Bill total as printed: on a purchase, type the supplier's total and LedgerKing matches it live with the lines.
• Short expiry: batches with under 6 months of life are pointed out on the purchase.
• Change prices by a percent: all shown items up or down, with old → new shown before you apply.

Fast and simple

• Cash bill in about 15 keys: Enter moves to the next box, skips boxes already filled, and asks Save? (Y/N) and Print? (Y/N) at the end.
• Simple Mode: "Money in", "Money out" and "Expense" without Debit and Credit; the accounting entry is shown underneath so your CA sees exactly what was booked.
